As part of its commitment to promoting employee well‑being and community health, Mitsubishi Electric Saudi Ltd. (MELSA) conducted a Breast Cancer Awareness Initiative across all regions in October 2025, in alignment with International Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

To support awareness activities in the wider community, MELSA made donation to the Zahra Association for Breast Cancer, contributing through the purchase of breast cancer awareness brochures and Pink Ribbon materials.
In addition, MELSA organized a series of internal awareness activities to engage and inform employees. Breast cancer awareness content was displayed on TV screen, the company building was illuminated in pink, and awareness messages were shared internally. MELSA also distributed cookies, pink ribbons, and breast cancer information sheets to all employees, ensuring that key health messages reached everyone in the organization.

To further deepen employees’ understanding, an online awareness session was conducted on 8 October 2025 by Bupa Insurance Company. The session focused on breast cancer awareness, risk factors, and the importance of early detection, aiming to empower employees with accurate health information and encourage proactive health management.

These initiatives helped foster a supportive, and informed workplace environment that promotes health education and preventive care.
Through this initiative, MELSA demonstrated its dedication to health promotion, preventive healthcare, and community engagement, reflecting its ongoing commitment to supporting both employees well‑being and broader public health initiatives.
